Using the Gold Indexes to Gold ratios to maximize profits
The 6 year cycle of the XAU to Gold ratio is positive until mid 2008, agreeing with the shorter 2.25 year cycle of the Gold Bug
Index suggesting the best gains in 2007-2008. Also take note that we have not seen enough optimism in this sector to push its ratio
above 25% of the price of Gold since 1998 and the odds of this happening in the next cycle highs are increasing.
